Kyle Needham
Kyle Needham has a history of building community through entrepreneurial endeavors. His original drive to create social space came out of a love for oysters and an upbringing on the seacoast of New Hampshire. From these two things emerged Oyster Party, a boutique oyster catering company that brings people together, sharing a love of oysters and good conversation. More recently, in Kingston NY, Kyle opened a microbrewery with two friends. The Kingston Standard is a unique place that offers a relaxed space to come together with family and friends over ideas, both alike and different, and good quality drink + food. Kyle's foray into real estate here in the Hudson Valley is cut from the same passion of bringing people together within the space of quality, relationship, and nature. The Hudson Valley offers so much richness - art, agriculture, the opportunity for a true reverence of nature, positioned between NYC and the rural countryside, it has everything a community and family needs to flourish into a life of connection and beauty.
