Fresh Air Land Co is a design-build company founded in 2023 by three partners: a high-performance builder, a BigLaw attorney turned broker/developer and an operations specialist. We build a small number of architecturally distinct homes on private parcels in the Catskills, with the kind of mechanical and material discipline that's typically applied to primary residences in the city or the Hamptons.

The result is a second home that performs as well as it looks and looks like it belongs exactly where it is.
